While we assist with budget entry, it is important to note that we are not professional estimators. We do not have the tools or expertise to calculate takeoffs or detailed estimates. However, we use our professional judgment to ensure your budgets are comprehensive. If we notice a significant omission, such as a missing foundation budget for a home with a basement, we will inquire to ensure nothing is overlooked.
We rely on you to provide us with the estimates or budgets once they are signed by the homeowner. From there, we will enter them into your job software, ensuring everyone has access to the most accurate budget information.
