Meeting with MyBuilderCPA for the first time? Helpful Action Items Beforehand

Thank you for scheduling a meeting with Remote CPA. We're excited to discuss how we can assist you with your accounting needs as a Home Builder.

We kindly request that you prepare by granting us access to your QuickBooks Online and, if applicable, your BuilderTrend file at least 24 hours before our scheduled meeting. This will allow us to provide you with the most accurate insights and recommendations tailored to your business. Here's how you can grant us access:

QuickBooks Online:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.

2. Navigate to the "My Accountant" section located in the bottom of the black navigation bar on the left.

3. Send the invite to jmarkee@mybuildercpa.com.

BuilderTrend:

1. Log in to your BuilderTrend account.

2. Click on the people icon in the top right corner.

3. Select "Internal Users" and then click on "New Internal User" in the top right corner.

4. Send the invite to jon@remotecpa.com (please note the unique email address here). Please note the different email address for BuilderTrend from QBO.

We understand that granting access may raise concerns about privacy. Please be assured that we take your privacy seriously. We will never discuss your financials with anyone other than you unless you grant us explicit permission to do so.
